    Senior environmental scientist with ten years experience in environmental assessment for planning and environmental management.

    Responsible for the overall project management of Environmental Assessments including EIA for major infrastructural projects including road (highway) projects, power plants, electricity transmission networks and municipal wastewater treatment plants.

    Experienced in environmental management for major road and light rail projects, post planning. This experience includes contract compliance management and monitoring for major road PPP (Public Private Partnership) projects (N25 Waterford Bypass PPP Scheme) and environmental management for the detailed design phase of the Bergen Bybanen Phase 3 Light Rail Project.

    Project management of Strategic Environmental Assessments (SEA) of Plans.

    Management of IPPC Licence Applications and Reviews.

    Specialist technical background in water quality, having being employed in a catchment management role and having undertaken extensive research in water quality and catchment management leading to a PhD.

    Recently I undertook training in the ISO 14064 International Standard for Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventories and Verification
